Siterise for Filesystem Compare and General Purpose Editing

We're broadening our support for general purpose web application challenges and our 5.0 release. One of the nice features that we've launching is the ability to connect to a filesystem and use Siterise's comparison tool to see any differences and then deploy those changes. You can either move individual files or select individual lines from files to move.

Key Highlights

• Siterise runs on Windows, Linux, and Mac equally well.
• It not only compares files to show differences, but it also lets you edit the files and quickly merge required changes line by line.
• With Siterise's ANT integration, you can also run scripts to deploy those changes into a Source Control system or run any arbitrary task.
• Siterise works with text and binary files.
• We check file differences with CHECKSUMS and not just file sizes.

If you're looking to use Siterise to do remote comparisons as well, you can use a tool like WingFS to mount remote filesystems via FTP/SFTP, Amazon S3, Google Storage, or Google Drive and then use Siterise to compare what's on your desktop and what's deployed in the cloud.
